Designed, built, and operate a production lead-generation platform spanning a programmatic-SEO site with 42,718 pages indexed by Google (150+ service categories × 95 cities), a directory of 96,000+ businesses, paid partner subscriptions, three Cloudflare Workers backends, a self-hosted Python automation pipeline, and a complete Stripe subscription-billing system with production LLM integration. Anthropic Claude with domain-specialized prompts, anti-hallucination grounding, and per-call cost control. Launched in about 90 working hours. Includes a fully automated B2B outreach engine that has reached 10,000+ relevant companies from public search results and generated ~100 positive replies.

Built and operate a 6,000+ page currency-comparison platform. React 19 + TypeScript SPA, Cloudflare Pages Functions & Workers scraping live rates from 14 banks + BNR, D1 datastore, auth-gated admin dashboard. Full design-system redesign (fintech-white, auto dark mode, self-hosted Inter) across the SPA and ~6,000 static pages from one token file. Every change reviewed by 5-28 independent AI agents before merge.

Built and operate a serverless wellness-audio product and its full acquisition engine. Next.js 14 on Cloudflare's edge, a hand-built entitlement-gated audio player, Stripe Payment Links with signature-verified webhooks, R2 signed-URL delivery, and a Claude Haiku somatic check-in. Pioneered growth on OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads platform: reusable ad-creative system, server + client conversion tracking (Conversions API + pixel), and a 241-pair dedup creative ledger.

Led growth from early traction to a thriving user base. Built and managed the full marketing stack: social media strategy, strategic partnership outreach, referral program, blog content engine, and launched new trading verticals including Ordinals & Runes. Conceived MagiSpin, a daily rewards and discount loop for platform-exclusive assets that transformed retention.

Shipped a prospect-ready operational portal at a branded subdomain (app-ostenweg.ichim.co) on Cloudflare Workers + R2. Mobile pontaj capture with camera + base64 photo upload to R2, Airtable-backed manager dashboard with live aggregation across 11 linked tables, client-facing project portal with stage timeline, Make.com webhook pipeline with OpenAI summarization auto-populating per-record AI summaries, and custom domain provisioning with SSL cert verification.

Managed Meta acquisition end-to-end for a US physical-product dropshipping business: pixel development, creative testing, landing pages, and the full conversion flow. At peak, the campaign returned roughly 5x daily ad spend after business costs. The operation ran about five months until product-policy changes ended it.

Designed, built, and shipped a 5-page production site built around a lead-qualifying WhatsApp flow: every CTA opens WhatsApp with a pre-drafted 7-field brief (type, dimensions, material, location, deadline, budget, reference images) so the owner receives qualified leads. Full SEO/AEO foundation, GA4 custom event tracking, Apache hardening, and a CSS design-token system.
